Our Story

Jordan Alexander LLC is a boutique real estate company founded by Cathy Nostrame, a seasoned real estate professional with decades of experience across the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest. Originally from Jersey City and now based in the DMV, Cathy brings a deep understanding of property, process, and people to every project she undertakes.

Before launching Jordan Alexander, Cathy owned and operated American Title and Escrow Company, successfully guiding residential and commercial closings for more than a decade. She holds a J.D. from American University College of Law and is admitted to practice in Maryland, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C.

After stepping back to focus on her family, she returned to real estate with a renewed vision centered on thoughtful renovations, creating homes that feel both comfortable and elevated. Named after her children, Jordan Alexander reflects Cathy’s personal, hands-on approach to managing properties.

Our portfolio at Jordan Alexander includes short- and long-term rentals as well as residential investments throughout Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Arizona. Each property is carefully curated with an emphasis on quality finishes, livability, and timeless design.
